PANCAKES Amsterdam telt op dit moment vijf restaurants en een kantoor gelegen in de binnenstad van Amsterdam. Met zoveel locaties is bij ons geen dag hetzelfde! We serveren de meest lekkere en verassende pannenkoeken en gebruiken waar kan lokale en free range ingrediënten. Wij zijn opzoek naar een Junior of medior manager keuken die ons team komt versterken!

Als Junior of medior manager keuken ben je de ster in de keuken! Je stuurt de dagelijkse operatie aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je rapporteert direct aan de Locatiemanager en werkt in een gezellig, internationaal team.

Pluspunt: onze werktijden gaan niet tot diep in de nacht – uiterlijk 21:00 ben je klaar!

PS. Naast onze liefde voor pannenkoeken hebben wij ook een heel groot hart voor de stad. Daarnaast houden we wel van een grapje en met onze ‘Hé PANNEKOEK!’-campagne dragen we bij aan een gastvrije en leefbare stad. Wat zoeken wij?

Als keuken manager bij PANCAKES Amsterdam ben jij het kloppende hart van ons restaurant omdat je het overzicht hebt op alles wat er speelt. Je zorgt voor een soepele shift en zorgt onder andere voor:

✔️Goedlopende planning (rooster maken, vakantie aanvragen behandelen, ziekmeldingen oplossen)

✔️Voorraad beheer

✔️Dat de keuken voldoet aan alle voorgeschreven hygiëne en veiligheidsmaatregelen bijvoorbeeld; HACCP

✔️Zorgen dat het team een soepele shift kan draaien

✔️Registreren en rapporteren van bijzonderheden

✔️Wekelijkse meetings met de operationeel manager, junior-manager en managers

✔️Evaluatiegesprekken voeren

Wie ben jij?

✅ Je hebt minimaal mbo-niveau 4 werk en denkniveau

✅ Je gaat grondig en ordelijk te werk

✅ Je hebt ruim vijf jaar werkervaring in de horecabranche

✅ Je beschikt over SVH, HACCP & BHV

✅ Jij bent stressbestendig

✅ Je staat open voor feedback en wilt jezelf graag verder ontwikkelen

✅ Je neemt geen genoegen met gemiddelde prestaties

✅ Je bent een echte teamplayer

✅ Jij bent een weekenddag en 50% van de feestdagen beschikbaar

Hé PANNEKOEK!

PANCAKES Amsterdam currently has five restaurants and an office located in the centre of Amsterdam. With so many locations, no day is the same with us! We serve the most delicious and surprising pancakes and use local and free range ingredients whenever possible. We are looking for a Junior or medior kitchen manager to join our team!

As Junior or medior kitchen manager you are the star in the kitchen! You will manage the daily operation and make sure everything runs smoothly. You will report directly to the Location Manager and work in a friendly, international team.

Plus point: our working hours don't go late into the night - you'll be finished by 9pm at the latest!

PS. Besides our love for pancakes, we also have a very big heart for the city. We also love a joke and with our “He PANNEKOEK!” campaign we contribute to a hospitable and liveable city. An initiative full of humour and Amsterdam flair, aimed at clean and cosy Amsterdam - for locals and tourists alike.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a kitchen manager to join our team! Do you have great management skills and are you up for the challenge - then read on!

As a kitchen manager at PANCAKES Amsterdam, you are the beating heart of our restaurant because you have an overview of everything that goes on. You will ensure a smooth shift and take care of, among other things:

✔️ Smooth planning (making schedules, handling holiday requests, resolving sick calls)

✔️Stock management

✔️The kitchen complies with all prescribed hygiene and safety measures e.g.; HACCP

✔️Making sure that the team can run a smooth shift

✔️Register and reporting details

✔️Weekly meetings with the operations manager, junior manager and managers

✔️Evaluation meetings

Who are you?

✅ You have at least MBO level 4 working and thinking level

✅ You are thorough and orderly

✅ You have more than five years' working experience in the hospitality industry

✅ You have SVH, HACCP & BHV

✅ You are stress-resistant

✅ You are open to feedback and keen to develop yourself further

✅ You don't settle for average performance

✅ You are a real team player

✅ You are available one weekend day and 50% of public holidays
